I am a birth doula, trained at Childbirth International. Ever since I was a little girl I have had an undying passion for pregnancy and birth. I provide physical, emotional, informational and spiritual support to expectant moms and dads. I offer  massage, suggest different positions during labor to ease discomfort and  to help the baby move into a better position for birth and also assist the pregnant momma with coping strategies during the birthing process. I can also help the expectant daddies to remain calm during  labor and support his wife/partner at his comfort level. In addition to that I assist new mommies to establish breastfeeding with their precious new bundles of joy during the initial postpartum period.
