Tomato Dosa


Dosa is every south Indian fav food. My 3-year-old is a big fan of dosa. Last week I tried this instant dosa and it turned delicious. Check out the simple ingredients and easy recipe.



* tomato -3

* dried red chilli- 3

* ginger-1 inch

* Sooji 1 ½ cup

* Rice flour - ½ cup

* Wheat flour - ¼ cup

* water- 3 cups

* onion finely chopped-1 medium

* coriander finely chopped

* jeera

* pepper crushed

* salt

* oil for roasting

Method :

🥞 Blend tomatoes, chili, ginger into a fine paste without adding water.

🥞 now take a mixing bowl and add sooji, rice flour, wheat flour, onions, coriander, jeera, pepper powder & salt. Give a good mix and add 2 cups of water, tomato puree. Allow it to marinate for 20 min and ravva doubles the size.

🥞 Now add one more cup water. Mix well. Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan and spread the oil evenly and fry on both the sides. Enjoy with coconut chutney.
