Have some rice leftover from lunch?
We south Indians generally have rice for lunch and sometimes we have some leftover as well.
So here we go , a quick snack recipe that's yummy and makes use of the rice.
*I mash the rice in mixie with bit of salt and chilli powder.
*Add in grated carrots green chillies and ginger
* Generous sprinkling of coriander and curry leaves. Mix into a dough.
* Heat tawa and drizzle few drops of oil.
,* Pat the dough like a roti.
* Add some more oil and cook in both sides.
* Delicious akki roti is ready.
A yummy and healthy snack. Needs very less preparation time.
