Sharing my go to salad recipe which I totally love. The only effort you have to put is collecting few ingredients which will not only help you keeping full but are very nutritious.
Yellow and Red bell peppers
Boiled soya chunks
Boiled eggs or Tofu
Cut them all in a bowl. Add pinch of salt and pepper, Oregano, Vinaigrette dressing.
You can always add or remove mix match the ingredients as per your taste. This is very easy, yummy and nutritious salad.
