Skin care in winters during pregnancy !!

Hello all! As you all know how drying winter is and even more drying during pregnancy as the skin on our tummy stretches and leads to itching..

My skin is already very dry and with decreasing temperature I am facing itching issues all over my body.

So sharing some tips to handle this -

1.Avoid taking bath with very hot water. It can lead to very dry skin.

2.As soon as you take a bath, apply oil or moisturiser.. I am using parachute oil and parachute coconut milk moisture all over my body and stomach on day and BIO OIL in night on my belly.

3. I also use glycerine sometimes to get rid of itching.

4.i am using gulabari lotion on my face along with gulabjal to get rid of flaky skin. It is not a face cream but face creams are too dry on my skin in winters.

5.CUT YOUR NAILS to avoid scratching your skin and belly. You don't want to get stretch marks.some times they are heredity but all we can do now is try.

6. Drink a lot of water so that skin and lips remain hydrated and supple.

7. Use Vaseline in day and boroline on lips at night to get rid of chapped lips.

8.I am using besan as face mask and sugar +Coco powder + honey as scrub whenever I have some event to attend. No other products because they leave my skin very dry .

9.Always apply cream whenever you feel itchiness and try to moisturise at night also.

Hope these tips will help you. #pregnancy #bbcreatorsclub #mannkibaat #skincare
