- Take diffrent types of Dal (like moong dal , chana dal, toor dal, moong chilka dal, masoor dal) Now roast them without oil. After this blend them in a mixer in a fine powder. You can keep this powder in a air tight container.

- Now take rice and soak them overnight. In the morning, spread them in a big plate and keep them in sunlight or any other place where there will be no moisture left in rice. Then roast them till light brown. And grind it in a mixer in a fine powder. Now keep this powder in a air tight container.

Take a pan and put 1-1 spoon both rice powder and dal powder. Now add 1 cup water, a pinch of salt and turmeric. Now mix it well and keep it for 10-15 min. till it is cooked. For serving take a bowl and put khichadi and little bit of ghee on it.

I make this for my son. He is very naughty when it comes to eat anything. So, his doctor said to make khichadi like this. You can also add vegetables in it.

It is very easy and convenient for me to make khichadi like this because this is a very easy process and after storing this powder I can use it to make khichadi faster. It is a hassle free and ready to use. So, Please let me know how do you like it?🤗☺️
