Green Gazpacho

Ingredients for Green Gazpacho - SK Khazana Recipe

Medium cucumbers 4Mediu

Medium green capsicums 4

Medium green apples 2

Celery finely chopped 2 tablespoons

Green chillies 2

Walnut kernels roughly chopped 12-14

Garlic finely chopped 2 teaspoons

Salt to taste

Black peppercorns crushed to taste

Olive oil 2 tablespoon for drizzling

Vinegar 2 teaspoons


Step 1

Peel and cut cucumbers into small cubes. Halve capsicums and remove seeds. Core the apple and cut capsicums and apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a blender jar.

Step 2

Add celery, broken green chilli, walnuts, garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, 2 tablespoons olive oil and vinegar and blend into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Strain the mixture into another bowl. Pour into individual bowls. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some crushed peppercorns.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
