So instead of store bought cookies I was desperately trying to make those at home, so i can make sure what we are putting inside and that my family is having healthy option to eat.
I tried and tried and tried, watched many videos and experimented many times. And finally i can now bake decent cookies. I have even tried my hands on muffins and they were also pretty good.;
I have started making these small changes in our life which I feel are needed for better health for my little one. Even her snacks I am trying to keep healthy and not any store bought stuff.;
We have limited our eating out once in a few months. Started focusing on our intake of micronutrients.
And i can see so many changes in all of us. Just a little step of clean and healthy eating can go along way and is so much important for us to keep a check on what we eat.;
