I have always been someone who was conscious of her looks but started working on it only after my first child turned 3. I tried a lot of things but healthy eating and belly dancing worked well to lose weight and tone up my body.
The million things I tried this year were staunch fitness, acrylic painting, Zumba, Bollywood dance, gardening (I have a successful kitchen garden) and going for evening walks. Only gardening is something I'm still doing and hoping the walks continue next year.
