My kid and I are pasta lovers, be it of any flavour or spices added in it. Simra loves pasta for her breakfast and always making the same old way can make her want to eat something else. So I like experimenting with recipes for my little boo, so that she eats her favourite food and at the same time I try making her eat nutritious too.
This recipe is a hit and toddler approved,
All you need is :
🔸Pasta - boil and keep it aside (sprinkle a little cold water so that it doesn’t get sticky)
🔸Chicken - fry it with spices that your kid loves (I added little ginger garlic paste, little red chilli powder and salt to fry)
🔸Add fried chicken in a sauce pan along with cooked pasta, add little milk or cream(this is optional, Simra loves it creamy so add in some mayonnaise or milk)
🔸Add handful of microgreens (best way to hide goodness in their meals)
🔸Serve hot with half a tsp of butter!
You can even try adding vegetables by tossing them in butter and also paneer to add more flavour to your plain pasta.
