By 37 weeks pregnant, you're considered full term. This means that your baby can be born any day. So, get up and make a checklist. I am writting a blog post on what one should put in hospital bag so if you're pregnant or you know anyone who is then please check it out and share it with them. They must need it.

✔️Documents – insurance details and other hospital paperwork

✔️Copies of medical treatment

✔️Warm fuzzy socks

✔️Slippers – keep an additional one for the shower

✔️Breastfeeding nightsuits – robes, nightgowns, and pajamas

✔️Nursing bras

✔️Disposable breast pads. I was using @meemee breast pads

✔️Old underwear/disposable

✔️Phone & Phone charger

✔️Music on your phone


✔️Straw. To sip some water because you might not be able to sit properly.

✔️Nursing scarf

✔️Toiletries like moisturizer, toothbrush, face wash, lip balm, hair bands, comb, body wash, makeup & dry shampoo.

✔️Bath towel

✔️Nipple cream/ balm

✔️Maxi pads


✔️Favourite Pillows

✔️Water bottle

✔️Notebook & pen

✔️Hot water bottle for pain releaf

✔️Breast pump

✔️Trash bag

✔️Snacks optional

✔️Nursing Pillow

✔️Debit/credit card or Cash
