Hi my dear mommies i am just giving a brief on Dialy routine of kids.
Morning at 6 am 1 glass of milk with 3 badam soaked in water.
At 8 am idli or dosa with sambar or chutney.
At 11 am banana or apple or pomegranate or any other delicious fruits.
At 1 pm dal rice with homemade ghee and curd rice
At 3 pm groundnut Chikki or sesame laddu which has nutritional benefits.
At 5 pm again any fruits or boiled chickpeas or black eyed beans or any other.
After 7 pm vegetable curry with rice or chapathi.
Before going to bed again 1 full glass milk which gives good sleep through out night.
