After we become mothers, we are so concerned about our kid’s well being. We often forget to take care of ourselves in this whole process called motherhood but..is it right doing so..is my question to you? We tend to eat unhealthy and most of the times skip our meals. Eating on time and clean should be a habit..which requires little effort and consistency which you need to maintain mommies.
It is often said that a mother has to take care of herself more after having a baby mostly until a year post delivery...but how many of you really does that? We say we do not have time..we were too busy behind our kids..we indulge in eating more sometimes. Everything sounds fine because it’s not easy taking care of those tiny humans. But what about your healthy lifestyle? It’s on stake, yes it is...even before you realise it.
All you got to do to start off is by..eating atleast one healthy meal or a nutritious food stuff a day. It can be any of these or have it your way..but please do it for yourself.
