I recently got to hear a news, someone from my distant family committed suicide. It was shocking for me, because that person was so young. There was life full of possibilities waiting for that person.
Whomsoever is reading it, always always always remember, suicide is never an answer to any problem. Yes may be the problem is so big that you can not find any solution, you are depressed, fearfull, confused and don't know where to go, regardless of the negative thoughts you are getting, always remember thing will not remain the same.
When you are stuck in dark, it becomes difficult to see any possibility for peace and happiness in future. but it can and will get better. Anything can be helpful from medical help, counselling, exercise, lifestyle change to setting goals, these small things will help you to overcome. Remember that it is possible to get back from feelings of depression, pain, and suicidal thoughts.
Before thinking about suicide, think about amount of pain that your beloved have to face from this act. It's painfull to recover from the loss of a loved one, but it becomes more difficult if that person took own life. The family left behind spend the rest of their life in the feeling of confusion because they are left behind with unanswered questions and guilt of not being able to prevent it.
