Fried Idli for tiffin of my daughter.
Very simple reciepie
Left over idlis
Cut in small pieces
Put oil in pan
Give Tadka of Rai n red chilli powder
U can put Kari patta also
Put Idli n stir on medium flame for two minute n fried Idli ready.
U can sprinkle coriander or grated coconut on it. Serve with coconut chatuney /tomato sauce.
