It is a fact that we tend to think that avoiding certain types of food like potato, desi ghee, white rice etc. can help us lose our weight. People think that eating potato will give you unnecessary calories that will make you fat.

The big question here is that Is it really the cause of being fat?

No, it was never. Why don't we understand that humans have been eating these foods since the very beginning. They were not fat. They were not obese. They were perfectly fit.

Then why can't we understand that the natural foods are not giving us these calories but what we are eating other than these definitely are. Human body is made to consume foods like vegetables, milk, pure ghee, lentils,and beans etc. They don't have any preservatives or extea salt and sugar in them.

We gain calories because we are eating things that we aren't supposed to consume. Today our foods are prepared with so much salt and sugar in them to boost our calories intake. Now, we eat food not because we need it but we want to give us pleasure. Now we eat processed foods like chips, coke, chocolate, etc. They are packed with so many calories that they increase our body's set point. These processed foods and junk foods have so many calories in them. Our body has a tendency to recognize when it has consumed the needed calories and processed foods have 'empty calories' means they have calories but don't have any nutritional value. So, we might be eating these foods but we will still not be able to really feel strong and healthy. You will be healthy, chubby but you will not be able to walk, or do any physical activities.

Still some so called health conscious people don't understand the difference between Man made and Natural food.

Please don't listen to the advice given to you by anyone who wants you to starve yourself or advice you to not eat potato, desi ghee etc. These are the nature's food given to you but try to really avoid the experiment done by these food scientists to give you these calories dense food. #STAYHEALTHY #bbcreatorsclub #mom 'srecipe #healthyfood #lifestyle
