A bowl of fruits with curd

Throughout my pregnancy and After two months from my delivery i used to have this bowl full of curd and various fruits like banana apple and dry fruits with honey.

It is so healthy as well as delicious to have this as it gives you satisfaction of having a healthy snack and helps in reducing weight too as after delivery we have gained lots of weight.
