hiiiii,I m expecting 21weeks.plz suggest me abt routine diet


eat lots of fruits and veggies. eating apple, orange, banana helps.. if you are not diebetic you can eat all fruits except papaya and pineapple. eat green veggies like palak, methi, salad leaves. drink plenty of water. ear dahi.. that will help you to maintain your pH level, and risk of infection down there.
