2 tsp oil/ghee
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1 tomato(optional if u have cold)
1 cup milk
Take a pan / cooker
Add chopped onion,when onion is light brown add ginger garlic paste, and add brocolli and tomato ,let it cook for 5 to 10 mins,add salt and water.
Close lid let it simmer for 10 more mins, let it cool down and grind it and add milk and black pepper and simmer for 5 more mins , ur soup is ready to serve.
