Palak Parantha/ Theplas Makes - 3-4 15-20 mins 2 cups wheat flour 3-4 leaves of palak blanched (take palak in a colander and keep over boiling water for 2-3 minutes) Water 1 3/4 cups Salt to taste (optional). Method - 1. Make semi soft atta dough with wheat flour towards the end add shredded palak and mix well. You can make pieces of palak with your hand itself. 2. Make Rotis as usual keeping it oil free. 3. Serve with amla/ mango pickle/ potato bhaji goes well as a combo.
