1 bunch of palak leaves boiled and mashed
1 cup of roasted besan
6-7 Potatoes boiled and mashed
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
Coriander finely chopped
Salt- As per taste
Chat masala - As per taste
Garam Masala - As per taste
Red chilli powder - As per taste
Oil for frying
Mix the potatoes, palak, roasted besan and all masala together.
Make small round shaped tikkis.
Pan fry them in oil.
Enjoy kababs with coriander chutney or ketchup.
