Beating Hunger Pangs with Healthy Alternates
One of the most difficult part of mommying is weaning off our little ones habit of having milk in frequent intervals.. often they are just bored or habitual of having milk which should be reduced as they grow.. Other than proper Breakfast, lunch and dinner, we should feed them other healthy alternates rather than milk.. but not too much to kill their meal hunger..

1) Fox Nuts ( Makhana)

2) Fruits
.
3) Healthy cookies with no preservatives..
.
4) Murmura or wheat sticks..
.
5) Potato Fries..
.
6) Juices, coconut water..
.
These are some options on top of my mind but you can feed similar such healthy options which would bot be very feeling but will definitely divert them from asking for milk..
