Vegetable Oats Pancake

Ingredients:

1) Oats flour- 100gms

.

2) Vegetable of your choice, i used shredded carrots and corriander..

.

3) Salt as per taste

.

4) Fruit salt 1/2 tsp or 1tbsp yogurt

.

5) Water as per consistency

.

.

Mix all the above mentioned ingredients, the batter should be bot very flowy and not very thick.. Heat the pan, put some oil and put a spoonful of batter and spread it well.. Let it turn golden brown from both side and its done!!! You can add green chillies and other veggies and serve this as breakfast to adults as well..
