Don't compare ur pregnancy with others.everyone has their own journey.
Tell ur near dear ones especially husband to read about ppd
Eat; sleep love ur body... don't worry about stretch marks...u r going to give birth to a baby and tigress carry these marks with proud!😎
Enjoy....these days..this feel...this moment is never gonna b back sweetheart 😍

Staying happy and positive is the most difficult thing but much needed during pregnancy 🙂

Drink lots of water and never control the pee..

Mix of rest and activity..eating and drinking right...being happy and positive..searching for a good doctor as it makes a lot of difference..not comparing things with anyone..reading good books..doing lots of things for oneself as later one is pressed for time..

Stay cool,relax n happy.Eat whatever u want to eat.Enjoy each n every moment of pregnancy bciz this precious time will never be back.Have walk in the evening u will feel good n plz donot have stress..

Stay stress free, relax. Enjoy this phase as it is very beautiful despite of all discomfort as you will miss it later. Also indulge urself like eat what u like, go for date with hubby, watch netflix read ur fav book, go for a walk, take a mini trip and most important sleep because once baby ishere few month u will be super busy. All the best.

Healthy diet, 8-10 hrs of sound sleep and be happy.

Eat healthy drink healthy and have faith....every discomfort is worth at the end....

Positive thinking is must in pregnancy. Healthy diet rich in iron content fruits like pomegranate is good for haemoglobin, usually in pregnancy HB goes down as blood flows to baby too. Pamper yourself, enjoy this beautiful phase make the most of it :);;;
