Hi mummies... need some suggestions

Doc told that dont do much work in home avoid all works and take rest

Need help on which works i should avoid and how i have to take care mysel

Some light work you can do but ask your doc for this suggestions

Avoid lifting heavy objects from the floor by bending from the waist. Be careful of slippery floors.

Recurrent climbing over stairs,
Bending on ur knees,
Sitting down all of a sudden or raising up with thurst..
Lifting heavy weights..
These should be avoided..
U can do daily work which goes with ease..
Keeping urself active can help ur pregnancy and normal delivery too..
Strict bed rest is usually recommended only in few situations like low lying placenta, twins, or recurrent spotting per vaginum..
So check if ur doctor is suspecting any of these..
And then follow whatever she tells u to do..

Thanks u all
