Some tips on how to start exercising postpartum:
1) Dont be harsh on yourself, let your body take its time to recover and start only when you doc givws a green signal...
2) Start with 10 mins and keep on increasing it gradually..
3) Try to do under guidance for the correct postures otherwise you may end up hurting yourself..
4) Avoid lifting weight for sometime and rather go for floor exercises that you are comfortable with..
5) Dont cut down on your meals till atleast 6 months post delivery..
6) Some people take more time than other, dont get disheartned and dont give up..
7) Try to include your baby into your exercises for double fun and benifit ..
8) Drink lots and lots of water and if possible then warm water to cut down fats..
