Hi Kiran! Pls take it easy. Did you that breastfeeding is just like a good work out . You actually loose weight. But on your exercise and diet pls just focus on rest and eating healthy. You ll have time after for getting back in shape Do start off with yoga. It helped me so much after delivery. Don't worry about the jokes. Just stay happy

yoga would help if you know it or normal exercises which moves your abdominal muscles would help
