6 baked bananas
1 1/2 cups full cream milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut powder
1/4 small spoonful Cardamom powder
Almond and cashew nuts
- Mash the banana peel well.
Then put mashed banana in a pan and put it on the gas for cooking.
When all the milk found in the banana gets dry, roast the mixture continuously.
When the mixture is brown, add sugar, coconut powder, and cardamom powder to it and fry it until it becomes dry.
Gour the ghee in a plate and then spread it diluted by adding the mixture to it.
- Decorate with cashews and almonds from top. Put it in the freeze to set, after setting, chop Barfi into pieces of your choice.
