Redcowpeas sweet sundal recipe.
1. Wash and Soak cowpeas in water for 8 to 10 hours
2. Cook it in pressure cooker, with 3 whistles and leave it for 10 minutes in sim mode
3. On a pan add 1 cup jaggery, (for 1 cup cowpeas) mix the jaggery in water well and filter the waste
4..Then pour the jaggery water in a pan and keep it on a stove, boil it, once the syrup reaches one string consistency, sim the stove add cooked cowpeas and mix well
5. Also add coconut sliced into small pieces,
6. Switch off the flame after cowpeas and jaggery is mixed well
