By adding lots of veggies wherever possible..in maggi,in paranthas etc..
Fruits in form of chaats, and getting the wheat flour mixed with Chana aata,soybean aata,besan etc.
I use a variety of oils mustard for dry type veggies,desi ghee in paranthas,OVOO as salad dressings,and a bit of refined in certain dishes..
