Hi Anshika, loose motions during pregnancy need to be checked with a doctor. Please keep a list of everything you ate in the last 24 to 36 hours and try to identify if you ate anything that's not suitable to you or your body, generally. Like Seema mentioned, make sure you drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration. Please talk to your doctor.
