10 weeks pregnancy.from when should iron and folic acid tablet be taken in pregnancy? doctor has given tablets which contains folic acid.in one tablet folic acid is 5 mg and in another folic acid is 1600 mcg.is it enough or more folic acid is to be taken?from when iron plus folic acid tablet is to be taken?
