11months old...how many naps a day should my daughter be having?? She has two naps but the second nap is very difficult, it takes me around 45-50 min to get her to sleep..
I tried 1 nap for two days but then she dint sleep properly at night and was awake for an hour or two.. What is the schedule that you all are following???

Hi
It is suggested that take two naps for a total of 2 to 2 1/2 hours per day;and 11-12 hours at night.;Make the second nap not very close to bedtime. So that the baby sleeps well at night.

Gernally at this age kids take just one nap in day otherwise it become hard fie them to sleep in night. Try to make her sleep around one in day so that she can sleep properly. When my kid sleep at 1 he wakes up at 5 so this sleep is sufficient for him. You can also try it
