Actually two times is not a problem dear..babies do poop for 4-5 times a day at times and can even not poop for ten days together..it is absolutely fine if the baby is active and playing well.. also before introducing any new food to the baby always follow a three day rule..only feed one new food to the baby for three days and if you feel it is not creating any reaction then can add another new food

Then feed him only a little to try..also make suji kheer in formula or breastmilk..cow or other milk may not suit to a baby younger than a year..

Dear at first don't feed too much..few spoons is ok for a 6 month..because they drink milk also..has your baby completed six months dear?
