If you are eating a;well-balanced diet;there is no need to unnecessarily add to your calorie count by drinking;ghee. Latest research suggests that a pregnant mum only needs;200 extra calories a day;in her last trimester, though most doctors recommend 300 extra calories a day in the second and third trimesters.;
Your doctor will decide if you may need more or less calories depending on whether you were underweight or overweight before getting pregnant.;
Eat a balanced meal rather than fats

Yea ghee is good for you and baby both but there is no relation with the mode of delivery ..Have it only for the nutritional value

😬Let me tell you by personal experience, my mil asked me to have ghee on milk in my 9th month but that too two times a day. But that ghee thing make me feel dizzy so I stop taking it. God knows it helps or not but if you really want to have start with one table spoon and that too you have to mix it with help of two glass. Pour Luke warm milk in glass and mix it with transferring from one glass to another so that ghee mix properly.
