Take small frequent walks throughout the day. Eat light and healthy food at night. Drink warm milk before sleeping.

before sleeping have milk. Don't sleep too much in day time. atleast one hr b4 sleeping keep away mbils, tabs, laptop etc <br>
Don't sleep soon after your dinner . after dinner have a small walk .<br>
Sleep after one <u>hr</u>
