Few of them feel meek.
Do some physical activities like a slow walk, meditate, practice yoga if you are having a normal pregnancy, check with a doctor before doing so.
These would help you feel better.
Listen to good music, read books, eat nutritious well balanced diet, stay hydrated, rest well.
