33 week pregnant. from morning feel pain in lower pelvic I think it's due to baby growing but when I sit or stand change sides or walk I get sudden pain in lower pelvic and vagina. I have two weeks gaps according to lmp it's 36 the week and according to baby growth it's 32 week . head is bigger than abdomen . is the pain normal?

I'm on high protein diet, soya milk , sprouts , paneer and medicine also I'm taking . it's gap of 2 week attaching reports plz help .

The pain is normal. However what has caught my eye is that you mentioned that baby's growth is four weeks behind as per LMP. Please do focus on high protein foods as that will help baby to catch up on weight. Eat a protein food or snack four to five times a day. Choose items like dal meat eggs beans in main meals and nuts seeds etc for snacks.

I can understand what your feeling exactly you cannot avoid them its more towards preparing for a childbirth. Try not to be in one position for a long time. Dont Sit for long .... take a 5 mins walk ...it may be very painful initial couple of mins but trust me , short walks does make a difference. During Sleep pain cannot be avoided.
If it is unbearable advice you to talk to your doctor.

I m not doing ny exercise. I cnt even walk if I walk pain increase. nd sleep cnt sit it's too frustrating today ..nd this breathlessness is increasing day by day...
