36 weeks starts...which nuts should i eat? i am confused?

All nuts are healthy and have different nutrient values however they are also rich in good fats and hence must be consumed in moderation. For the third trimester almonds and walnuts are considered the main nuts to be consumed.

Just continue your balanced diet, drink milk, eat all dry fruits and fruits. Drinking more water and fibre rich <u>food</u> is important at this stage.
