38 weeks running.its been 3 hours i have pain in lower abdomen. i am unable to gaze if its contractions , normal pain or what. i had bit of white discharge in the morning. even bit of cramping in leg . what are ways to relive it?

engaged yet. but cervix softened so doc asked me to get admitted tommorow
