Eat normal regular food..bas papaya aur pineapple na khayepuri pregnancy...aur cheez garam karti hai body ko usse kam khaye 3rd month tak..ye takleef sirf 3rd month tak hi rehti hai..baaki mahine aap achha mehsoos karengi..
