Hi have everything homemade and eat more protein rich foods like paneer, soya, cooked sprouts, lentils, dry fruits, nuts and tofu often.

Hey you can eat everything. Fruits and vegetables, milk and nuts, curd paneer etc.. <br>
Drink lots of water and juices and lemon juice too. <br>
