@Dr Shilpitha Singh in gestational diabetes case... My doc has suggested to for control in diet and has asked to exercise. She said after 15 days she would do my fasting and pp blood sugar. This would be as normal blood test and not the challenged one why is it so? Also when ever I had checked my blood sugar it has always come negative, so I case if I m diagnosed negative what precautions has to be taken..?

firstly blood sugar levels are give in numerical values, not like positive or negative.. <br>
Look up "Ketogenic Diet" The diet is about 60% monounsaturated fats, lean proteins and green veg. <br>
a fasting blood sugar on awakening should be under 100 mg/dl. Before-meal normal sugars are 70–99 mg/dl. “Postprandial” sugars taken two hours after meals should be less than 140 mg/dl.<br>
