Nisha,,, its a simple cysts noted in both ovaries.. you know, thousands of cysts appear and disappear by its own in our fertile period,,, they dont exactly need treatment.. and moreover the cysts are really small, it may resolve by its own.. but just ensure to check by doing rescan after 3 or 4 months.. this helps to know whether the size is increasing or constant or resolved.. and these cysts usually dont affect the fertility..
