The baby weight is ok in cervical length is also ok the only thing that is of importance here is now that you must bed rest and be vigilant about any kind of bleeding or discharge from vagina because of the internal OS diameter there are chances of having a premature delivery but I will advise you to not to worry you speak to your gynecologist about cerclage surgery now it will prolong the delivery and will improve normal delivery chances do not worry but we have to to see for options
