@Dr. Priyanka Patel Hi doctor thank u for the reply... today i had been for Sonography, it says in the report Adequate amniotic fluid is seen. AFI is 14cms. baby weight is 2708grms. just wanted to know what is the meaning of "placenta is anterior, grade 2 maturity. Not previa." what is the meaning of this??

This is in fact a good report that your amniotic fluid is adequate as well as baby weight is going strong and Placenta is Grade 2 which shows a good flow to the foetus it is absolutely normal do not worry
