My story is long...I have been overweight and after delivery i actually lost so much weight. But now after 4 years it back (my fault) I have been active recently with walks and yoga (nothing strenuous) and im avoiding the fatty foods (as far as i can) ...the weighing scale is hard to please...what do i do???

there is no no-no food. the key is to have everything in moderation. even if you are not eating desi khaana see to it that you get a good balance of carbs, proteins and fats in your <u>food</u> :*

You are my buddy!!! i think im too easy on myself when it comes to exercise. Thoda pain shuru and i say ...ok enough now i still need energy for kid abd housechores. Any diet tips you can give. Like totally NO NO foods...im not eating much desi khaana..

hi priya, why don't we start with checking the weight first. start an excel sheet and enter your weight there daily. more than reducing fatty foods let's look at having wholesome healthy food with cheat days thrown here and there. as I always say, start with reducing a third of every meal and aim to lose just 100gms a day on average. 6 smaller meals is better than 3 huge ones. Start with strengthen training too. It helps a lot. Tc :-)
