Soak apricot in water n have that water in morning in empty stomach...had a bowl of oats daily in breakfast...have alot fruits like sweet <u>lemon</u>

For constipation take enough water and other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk etc..also Vegetable daliya, sabut moong daal help...you can boil grated Carrots in milk and add little sugar and have..also have more salads..avoid oily and spicy food..have warm water after meals and walk a little..as for acidity you can have melted ice cream..cold milk... saunf water...curd.. buttermilk
