The art of writing primarily involves fine motor skills that involve the use of small muscles which controls the hand, fingers and thumb. The Nordic Baccalaureate Exploration curriculum has designed a continuum to strengthen children’s fine motor skills before they start writing. At Podar Jumbo Kids Platinum, children explore activities such as transferring grains and beads using hand and tongs, transferring water using syringe and fitting the cylinder that leads to good writing skills.
