Well kids always make wired faces if you ask them to drink Haldi milk or eating Jaggery, Til or pouring Desi Ghee in their diet, so these days I am trying to add all these super food in our family diet and I m sharing few tips with you.

. ⏭️Gur or Jaggery switch with the regular sugar while adding in to milk or giving them directly..

⏭️Amla we can give as Murabba coz it's sweet in taste or in dried candy style which is more easy to chew.

⏭️Til or Sesame we can give as Gajjak (Sesame Cake) or Laddu style.

⏭️Turmeric is very important for our each and every cooking veggies and Paulo so never ever forget to use while cooking eveything .
